LEADERSHIP TROUP, YOUTH LEADERSHIP, WOMEN’S COCKTAILS & CONNECTIONS, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION INITIATIVE

  • Leadership Troup has educated local youth and professionals about the issues and concerns of the community since 1991. The adult program is a ten-month program, beginning with an overnight retreat followed by 9 day sessions.
  • Youth Leadership is a four-month program, consisting of nine leadership modules.
  • Women’s Cocktails & Connections, a new program in 2016, will provide an opportunity for business women to meet quarterly through an educational program and informal networking.
  • The Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, also a new initiative in 2016, will provide leadership training to African-American business, education, health and nonprofit emerging leaders through four 2-day seminars followed by a matching program to align graduates with volunteer opportunities in the community.
